クーリングオフの手続き
クーリングオフの手続きは決して難しくはありません。
ポイントさえ抑えれば大丈夫。
重要なのは、書面で行うことです。
口頭だけでは、ダメです。
だって、相手は悪徳業者さま。
了解しました。なんていわれても決して信じちゃいけない。
それに、電話をしたら、だめって言われるに決まってるでしょ？
①書面の内容は・・・。
・契約日
・担当者名
・購入した商品
・数量
・価格
・代金の返還要求
・商品の引き取り（返品）方法 等など
★理由の記入はいりません。
余計なことは書かないほうがベスト
②提出の方法（受け取ったかどうかを確認するために）
・配達記録証明書を利用して
配達記録は、いつ郵便をだしたか、いつ届いたかがわかります。
簡易書留は、郵送するものの金額を保証する制度なので、配達記録より料金が高くなります。
金品は送らないので、配達記録証明で十分です。
ただし、内容は証明できませんので、コピーは必ずとりましょう。
悪徳業者さまへは、念には念を入れて・・・。
・内容証明
内容証明郵便は、郵便局がいつクーリングオフの通知と中身を証明してくれます。
利用方法は少し複雑です。
まず、書き方が決まっています。でも、これは、市販の用紙を使えば問題ありません。
間違ったら、その場所を二重線で消して、欄外に「○○文字削除、○○文字加入」と書いて訂正を押し
てください。
できあがったら、同じものを３部準備します。コピーでも大丈夫です。
これは、郵便局・自分・相手で保管用です。
そして、封をしないで、郵便局へ持って行きます。
訂正印を忘れずに！郵便局の窓口で内容を確認してもらった時に修正があるかも・・・。
ご利用方法については郵便局又は郵便案内センター（０１２０－２３２８８６）で教えてくれます。

窓口がしまっていても受け付けてくれます。
内容証明郵便は、配達を行う郵便局等でしか取り扱いませんので、集配局で探しましょう。
